Acting with the responsibility of protecting the ecosystem, Kochex conducts all its operational activities in a way that minimizes negative environmental impacts. Carbon emission management is at the heart of our sustainability strategy. In this direction:Green Fleet: Our entire self-owned vehicle fleet features Euro 5 and Euro 6 engine technology in accordance with EU standards and is documented with a "Green Certificate."Emission Management: The $CO_{2}$ and exhaust emission tests of our vehicles are regularly inspected and reported by manufacturer representatives, TÜVTÜRK, and relevant official authorities.Waste Management: Tires that have completed their service life and waste oils are delivered to recycling facilities and authorized organizations in accordance with environmental legislation to be reclaimed by nature.Water Conservation: Water used for vehicle cleaning is kept in our special storage systems and discharged into waste water tanks compliant with İSKİ and municipal standards; this prevents the pollution of groundwater.Legal Compliance: In all our transport activities, legal tonnage limits are strictly followed to protect environmental wear and road safety standards.

Koch Lojistik A.Ş. (Kochex) As the Data Controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), we commit to protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of our employees, candidates, customers, and business partners.

Data Processing Principles: Your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and the principles of honesty, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and in a manner that is relevant and proportionate to the purpose for which it is processed. Your data is stored in our secure systems for the periods prescribed by legal legislation.

Processing Purposes and Transfer: The collected data is used for the execution of our logistics services, the determination of commercial strategies, the implementation of our Human Resources policies, and the performance of operational analyses. Your data may be shared with relevant public institutions (SGK, ministries, judicial authorities, etc.), banks, and insurance companies to fulfill our legal obligations, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, both domestically or abroad.

Data Subject Rights: In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request correction, or to demand its erasure.
